How to order

Can I add items to an existing order?

It is not possible to add items to an existing order. But we can combine orders for delivery if you wish. Just contact our customer service and we will do our utmost to combine your orders together.

How will I know you received my order and when will my payment be deducted?

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order and your account will be debited. In the rare instance that the product you ordered is not on stock we will contact you and transfer your money back within a few working days.

Can I track my order?

When your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will automatically receive a track and trace code, making it possible to trace your order. Please note that sometimes track and trace emails can be mistaken for spam by email clients. Should you not receive a track and trace notification please contact us. 

Do I have to pay customs duty and taxes on my order?

If you live within the EU, everything is included in the final price. To shipments outside Europe an extra import VAT, and possibly other small custom fees will be added. The rate will depend on the specific policy of the country. Please note that Norway and Switzerland are not a part of EU. Royal RepubliQ has no influence on customs duties and the final payment of any charges is the responsibility of the customer.

I'm interested in a bag or a pair of shoes, but they are out of stock/unavailable in the website?

Normally, bags will be back in stock within a short period of time. With shoes it is different, as most styles are made for a specific season; thus, when sold out they may not be produced again. If a product is not available in our online store, it might be available at one of our retailers, contact us and we will let you know.

Where can I buy Royal RepubliQ products in a physical store?

You will be able to find all our retailers in our store locator.


Which payment options are available?

Royal RepubliQ accepts the following methods of payment: iDeal, Mastercard, Visa, & Paypal.

How do you keep my payment details secure?

Royal RepubliQ uses Shopify Payments, an international PCI compliant payment gateway to process all transactions. All payment information is encrypted and processed in a secure environment.

Rest of World: Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Kuwait, New Zealand, Oman, Philippines, Qatar, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, UAE, USA, Vietnam.

Shipping Cost:

For orders within the European Union we offer free delivery.

For orders outside of the European Union we charge €30 shipping costs, except if the order exceeds €350; shipping costs will not be charged.

Delivery time: 

Depending on country of delivery please allow 1 to 5 working days for shipments within Europe and 5 to 10 days for the rest of the world. Please note that when ordering from outside the European Union any customs duties will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes or freight forwarding addresses. For your convenience we ship each order via track and trace and will provide you with a tracking link via the email address you provide us. 


My item is damaged or incorrect?

We are sorry that your item is damaged / incorrect and for the inconvenience this may cause. Please contact our customer service team directly and we will try to find a solution as soon as possible. Please do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us first.

What is you returns policy?

You can return any Royal RepubliQ product to us within 30 days of receiving your order as long as your items are in their original condition, unworn with all labels and original packaging in place.

Fill in the returns form along with the items you wish to return and add them together to the box.

Please be aware that returns are not free. We strongly advise that you return your parcel via registered mail so you can track the shipment. Please hold onto the receipt as it is proof of shipment.  If the return is not shipped using registered mail Royal RepubliQ cannot be held liable for missing items. We will process your return promptly and refund you directly to the payment method you used to order with. 

Can I make an exchange?

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange items, but you can always place a new order to get your desired Royal RepubliQ item. Please return the item that you do not wish to keep and we will activate a digital gift card so you can place a new order.

I payed using a digital giftcard? How does a return work?

You can return your order following the standard procedure. Payments or part-payments using a digital giftcard will be reactivated on a new giftcard.
