Customer Service

We are looking for a Customer Service representative to join the Royal RepubliQ team in Amsterdam (Halfweg), the Netherlands.

 

Key activities:

- Be the first point of contact for customers

- Support and guide the international sales team, e.g. with re-order entry, supplying data files and maintaining stock lists

- Be responsible for all daily B2B and B2C customer support, e.g. handling queries, returns, claims, etc.

- Represent the company by managing the information desk

 

Personal skills:

- Connect our departments to ensure a smooth running operation

- Handle stressful situations elegantly in the right tone of voice

- Work in the best interest of the company

- Be self-driven, solution orienten and pro-active

- Organize and structure your workflow

 

Requirements:

- 2-3 years experience in a sales support or customer service role

- You have worked in an international environment, communicating in English

- You work well with ad hoc tasks, and enjoy troubleshooting and solving problems
